Deliverable 1.2: Stakeholder engagement strategy

This deliverable presents SURIMI’s Stakeholder Engagement Strategy, setting out how the project involves relevant individuals, organisations and initiatives in reciprocal activities linked to the development and use of its outputs. It describes the project’s approach to stakeholder engagement, including the stakeholder mapping process, key stakeholder categories, and the planned routes for participation, such as the SURIMI Stakeholder Forum, surveys and workshops. The strategy focuses particularly on supporting the long-term value of SURIMI toolbox elements, including data, socio-ecological models, the toolbox interface and integration with the European Digital Twin Ocean, through a structured sequence of co-design, co-creation and co-assessment activities.

Deliverable 1.1: Plan for Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication

This deliverable presents SURIMI’s Plan for the Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication Activities, setting out how the project approaches the sharing, promotion and uptake of its results. It outlines the consortium’s responsibilities in line with European Commission guidance, identifies relevant stakeholder groups, describes suitable communication tools and channels, and sets out processes for knowledge sharing and impact measurement. The plan provides a framework for coordinating communication, dissemination and exploitation activities across the project and for supporting the use of SURIMI outputs by relevant audiences.
